Contact Damour Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. Cancellation Policy
Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically.
Orders cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
For orders cancelled after shipment:
- The return process will be initiated
- Refund amount will be the item price minus shipping costs
Custom order cancellation terms:
- Cannot be cancelled once processing begins
- Eligible for partial refund (50% of product price + full shipping cost)
- This covers material and labor costs incurred

At Damour, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window for your convenience.
Before Returning Your Item:
- Carefully inspect your order upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations.
- Try on the item promptly—without altering, removing tags, or washing it—to confirm fit and quality.
Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be: Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered In original condition (free of damage, lint, odors, or stains) With all tags and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, style, or product), you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement.
For Shipping Damage:
Contact the delivery carrier immediately to file a claim and obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation.
Include this documentation with your return for prompt resolution.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Submit a Return Request
- Contact Damour Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a detailed explanation and clear photographs of the item, highlighting the issue.
- Why photos are required: They help us verify the problem and improve our service quality.
- Photo quality matters: Use a digital camera (mobile/webcam images may not be accepted).
Note: Returns will not be processed without prior approval from Damour.
2. Approval & Return Instructions
Once approved, you’ll receive:
- A return address (location varies by case).
- A Product Return Form (must be included with your shipment).
3. Shipping Your Return
- Ship within 3-5 business days of approval via your local post office.
- Do not use couriers (UPS/DHL/FedEx)—possible extra fees (if applicable) will not be covered.
- Include:
- The completed Product Return Form.
- The item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tagged).
- Important:
- Email us the tracking number.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and lost packages.
4. Refund Processing
- Inspections take up to 24 hours after arrival.
- Refunds are issued within two billing cycles and credited to your original payment method:
- PayPal payments → Refunded to PayPal.
- Credit card payments → Refunded to the original card.
5. Key Reminders
- Double-check all details (measurements, color, address, phone number) to avoid delays.
- Items returned in unacceptable condition (worn, altered, damaged) will not be eligible for a full refund.
