We recommend using our Verifyt App for body measurements. On each product page, you'll find a "FIND YOUR SIZE" logo above the size options. Simply click it to see a QR code, scan it with the app, and you'll get a size recommendation tailored just for you.
Don’t worry! If you already know your size, just choose the one that’s closest to your fit. If none of the available sizes work for you, feel free to contact our customer service — we also offer made-to-measure customization!
To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, we process orders daily — even on weekends! Pre-order items typically take about 2 weeks, while custom-made pieces may take around 3 weeks. If you have any special requests, feel free to contact us!

Verifyt App Fit Tutorial
You can search for "Verifyt" in both the Apple Store or Google Play Store to install it.
Use overlay text to give your customers insight into your brand. Select image and text that relates to your style and story.
When you log in for the first time, the app will prompt you to take your body measurements. Just follow the instructions — the whole process takes no more than 30 seconds.
After measuring with Verifyt, browse any product, click "FIND YOUR SIZE," scan the QR code, and your data will be sent for custom sizing or size recommendation.

Shipping & Payment
Under normal circumstances, standard products are shipped within 1–3 days. Pre-order items take approximately 2 weeks, and custom-made products require about 3 weeks.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
We offer two shipping options: Expedited Shipping (6–9 business days) and Express Shipping (2–5 business days). You can choose the one that best suits your needs.
We typically use FedEx for all deliveries. If you have specific shipping requests, feel free to contact us at hello@damour.shop.
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Box addresses. However, please note that some express services like FedEx may not support P.O. Boxes. If needed, we recommend providing a physical address for faster and more reliable delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We're truly sorry that our product didn’t meet your expectations. We want every shopping experience to be a positive one. In general, returns and refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds. Thank you for your understanding!

Once we receive your returned item, we typically process your refund within 1–2 business days. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be issued back to your card. Please note that your bank determines how long it takes to post the refund—usually around 7 business days. If you paid via PayPal, you should see the refund almost immediately.

You can cancel order before you confirm order details to our customer service. Once your order has entered the production process, it cannot be canceled. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes or request cancellation before production begins.
